(New Braunfels, TX)--The Gemischter Chor Harmonie, German choir in New Braunfels, is hosting the 124th Saengerfest of the Texanischer Gebirgs Saengerbund, in New Braunfels on September 26th. A concert for the public will be at 1:30 that afternoon at the McKenna Center on San Antonio Street. The Gemischter Chor Harmonie, a non-profit organization, has been together for more than 75 years.

(Comal County, Tx)-- Area students from both school districts are now in session back in school. Comal ISD reports that students and parents flocked to the district’s campuses in record numbers Tuesday for CISD’s first day of school.
