The Humane society of the New Braunfels Area has a relatively new home at 3353 Morningside Drive, and a relatively new Executive Director in Sarah Hammond. Soon the Human Society will launch a new program, to tackle pet over-population, and make a marked improvement in the lives of this community problem. Jessie Slaten has the details.
