The Comal River Old Channel bank stabilization project, planned for downstream of Landa Lake, is scheduled to begin today. City officials advise the primary work area is located on the riverbank adjacent to the Landa-Park-Golf-Course Club- House, and the entrance to that parking lot. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this summer.
