4B Board Grants Dog Park Effort $100K to Kick-start Construction on Phase 1

(New Braunfels, TX)  --  The New Braunfels 4B Board has awarded a 100-thousand dollar grant to go towards local efforts to build a dog park here in New Braunfels.

After six years, and raising 70-thousand dollars on their own, New Braunfels Puppy Playland Executive Director Audie Gibson went to the 4B Board last month, to ask for help and during last night’s meeting, the board unanimously voted to award the organizations with that 100-thousand dollar grant.

The money will be used to kick-start construction on Phase 1 of the dog park, which is set to go in at the corner of Loop 337 and Landa Street.
