New Braunfels Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash Last Week Identified

(New Braunfels, TX)  --   The New Braunfels man killed in a motorcycle crash on FM 1102 last week has been identified. 

55-year old Darrell Graves died late Wednesday night following a two-vehicle collision on FM 1102 at Hunter Road. 

According to DPS officials at the scene, Graves was riding a red Harley Davison motorcycle and was traveling south (towards New Braunfels) just before 10 Wednesday night when he collided with a silver Chevy Silverado pickup truck that was turning North from Hunter Road onto FM 1102. 

Graves was thrown from the motorcycle during that collision and he suffered major injuries and he died at the scene. 

EMS was called in to treat the driver of the pickup truck (a 22-year old woman) and she was later transported to the Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos with non-life threatening injuries.
