PET OF THE WEEK 2/26

Winston

It has only been a few days, but Winston here has stolen our hearts! Winston was an adoption return after about four and a half years, which is his age as well. This shy kitty tips the scales at a little more than 28 pounds! Winston’s previous owner said he’s always been an indoor cat and he has done wonderfully with all assortments of people and animals (though he might have eaten some of the dog’s food.) Winston is going to need a nice, slow diet and exercises ramping up until he can be a regular kitty again.

If you’re looking for a giant cat or a new, tiny kitten, a pit bull, or a chihuahua, HSNBA may just be able to help you out. Call us at 830-629-5287 or visit HSNBA.org for more information. Winston’s adoption fee is $50, he is fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed for common intestinal parasites. Thank you for making New Braunfels a pet-loving community.

Did you know?

The HSNBA handles approximately 4,000 animals a year and at any given time cares for approximately 100 cats and 100 dogs. It takes quite a bit to run a shelter, so they rely heavily on donations. Find out more about how you can help here.
