PET OF THE WEEK 1/22

TRACTOR

This guy may be wearing a tuxedo, but he’s pretty laid-back. Tractor is what we call this 10-pound kitty who is looking for a new home, but not too quickly. Tractor is a bit shy and may not always show off well since he just kind of… is a cat in his kennel at the shelter. If you come to visit with him, he has his own office down in “Grayland” so you know where to find him, but expect him to do his own thing until he gets to know you. Originally brought in at the very end of last year by a citizen who trapped him, he was going to go through the TNR program until we realized just how cool he was.

If you’re looking for a date ready for the farm or the gala, check out Tractor. If you need information on any potential new furry family member, please call 830-629-5287 or visit HSNBA.org. Tractor’s adoption fee is $50, he is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed for common intestinal parasites - just like all of our adoptees!

Did you know?

The HSNBA handles approximately 4,000 animals a year and at any given time cares for approximately 100 cats and 100 dogs. It takes quite a bit to run a shelter, so they rely heavily on donations. Find out more about how you can help here.
